A: We have D.R. hires Superintendents for every location to manage the contractors

A: We can build a home with only $1000.00 down and approved financing through our preferred lender DHI Mortgage which we own.

A: We have planned spec homes in every community!

A: 4 months on average from dig to finish!

A: Yes

A: We offer many different incentives throughout the year. We have our inhouse mortgage lenders who offer special interest rates and $2500 towards closing costs. Our main street stars program which gives teachers, firefighters, police officers, healthcare workers and military personnel $1,000 off purchase price.
